Who can become an Anjani Nidhi member?
Individuals who meet the company's membership eligibility criteria and complete the prescribed application, KYC and approval process can become members. See the Membership page for details.
Are services available to non-members?
No. Anjani Nidhi provides deposit and loan services only to eligible, approved members in accordance with applicable Nidhi rules and company policies.
What documents are required?
Typically the membership application form, PAN, approved identity proof, approved address proof and photographs. The exact list is provided on the Membership page and confirmed at the branch.
How do I add a nominee?
Submit the prescribed nomination form at your branch. Nomination can be registered at account opening or added or updated later.
How are deposit returns calculated?
Returns are calculated according to the rate, method and effective date specified in the applicable member circular for each product and tenure.
Are calculator results guaranteed?
No. Calculator results are illustrative estimates only. They do not constitute approval, an offer or a guaranteed return. Actual figures depend on the applicable circular and company terms.
How do I apply for a secured loan?
Submit an enquiry or visit an authorized branch. All loans are available only to eligible members, are secured in nature and are subject to valuation, documentation and approval.
How can I submit a complaint?
Use the complaint form on the Grievance Redressal page, email the grievance officer or contact your branch. Every complaint receives a reference number and follows the documented escalation process.
How do I verify an Anjani employee or representative?
Contact the official customer-care number or your branch to confirm whether a person is an authorized representative. Never share OTP, PIN or passwords with anyone.
Where can I find the latest rates and charges?
The Rates and Charges page publishes the current member-rate circular with its effective date, along with an archive of previous circulars.

Savings Deposit: Who can open a Savings Deposit account?
Only eligible, approved members of Anjani Nidhi can open a Savings Deposit account, subject to KYC and company policies.
Savings Deposit: Is there a minimum balance requirement?
Yes. The applicable minimum balance is specified in the current member circular. [VERIFY]
Recurring Deposit: What happens if I miss a monthly instalment?
Missed instalments are treated according to the applicable member circular, which may include a nominal adjustment. Please contact your branch for the current terms. [VERIFY]
Recurring Deposit: Can I close my Recurring Deposit early?
Premature closure is permitted subject to the lock-in period and adjusted terms specified in the applicable circular. [VERIFY]
Fixed Deposit: How is Fixed Deposit interest calculated?
Interest is calculated according to the method and rate specified in the applicable member circular for the selected tenure, effective from the stated date.
Fixed Deposit: Can I take a loan against my Fixed Deposit?
Eligible members may apply for a loan against their deposit up to the percentage permitted by company policy, subject to approval. [VERIFY]

Periodic income is paid according to the schedule in the applicable member circular. [VERIFY]
Gold Loan: How is my gold valued?
Gold is valued by an authorized valuer according to the company's documented valuation policy, based on purity and weight. Valuation charges, if any, are listed in the rates and charges schedule. [VERIFY]
Gold Loan: Is loan approval guaranteed once my gold is valued?
No. All loans are subject to eligibility, verification and the company's approval process. Valuation alone does not constitute approval.
Loan Against Deposit: How much can I borrow against my deposit?
Eligible members can borrow up to the percentage of deposit value permitted by company policy, as stated in the current circular. [VERIFY]
Loan Against Deposit: What happens if the loan is not repaid before maturity?
Any outstanding loan amount, including interest and charges, may be adjusted against the deposit proceeds at maturity as per the agreement.
