We will never ask you for

  • One-time passwords (OTPs) — by phone, SMS, email or any website form
  • PINs, passwords or internet-banking credentials
  • Debit-card numbers, CVVs or expiry dates
  • Full Aadhaar numbers or uploaded identity documents through public forms
  • Payments to personal UPI IDs or personal bank accounts

How to verify a representative

  • Ask for the representative's identity card and note the details
  • Make payments only through approved channels — never to a personal account
  • When in doubt, visit the branch in person before acting

If something goes wrong
